I provide affirming, empowering care to children and adults in Oregon. We might be a good fit if you are Indian, Asian, Black, Muslim, an immigrant or a child of immigrants, queer, or gender expansive. I help people find relief from grief, anxiety, depression, parenting, intergenerational trauma, chronic illness, and systemic oppression. I support clients in making meaning in their lives and relationships.

Individual Counseling
For adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and racial stress. Working one-on-one with a therapist allows you the special opportunity to feel understood, valued, and empowered to move towards growth and healing. Together we will explore your thoughts, feelings, experiences, and identities so you feel free to live a meaningful life aligned with your values and inner wisdom.
Child-Centered Play Therapy
For children 3-10 adjusting to loss and change in the family, struggling in school, experiencing anxiety, depression, chronic illness, disability, and racial stress. In the playroom, children can express their emotions, develop coping skills, improve social skills, strengthen their family relationships, and improve behavior in a way that comes naturally to them.

Group Therapy
Group therapy is an effective and affordable way to cultivate resilience, improve your relationship skills, and find your voice. Group therapy is unique because you work with a therapist to heal and grow from depression, anxiety, and trauma in community with others.
The Winter 2026 Group will meet on Tuesdays
from 6-8pm beginning January 6, 2026.
Group sessions are 2 hours long, and each session is $60. Groups meet for 10 consecutive weeks.
