Counseling

I provide affirming, empowering care to children and adults in Oregon. We might be a good fit if you are Asian, Black, Indigenous, Latinx, first generation, queer, or gender expansive. I help people find relief from the pain and stress of grief, anxiety, depression, parenting, intergenerational trauma, chronic illness, and systemic oppression. I support clients in making meaning in their lives and relationships.

I am currently offering both in-person therapy and secure telehealth video sessions for clients in Oregon.

Individual Counseling

For adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and racial stress. Working one-on-one with a therapist allows you the special opportunity to feel understood, valued, and empowered to move towards growth and healing. Together we will explore your thoughts, feelings, experiences, and identities so you feel free to live a meaningful life aligned with your values and inner wisdom.

Play Therapy

For children 3-10 adjusting to loss and change in the family, struggling in school, experiencing anxiety, depression, chronic illness, disability, and racial stress. In the playroom, children can express their emotions, develop coping skills, improve social skills, strengthen their family relationships, and improve behavior in a way that comes naturally to them.

Child-Parent Relationship Therapy

CPRT is an effective way to reduce behavioral, emotional, and social concerns in children ages 3-8 and it decreases parental stress! In 12 to 15 sessions I will help you strengthen your bond with your child, teach you developmentally-appropriate skills to make playtime more meaningful and discipline more effective, and provide you with emotional support along the way.

Group Therapy for Women & Femmes of Color

Group therapy is an effective and affordable way to cultivate resilience, improve your relationship skills, and find your voice. Group therapy is unique because you work with a therapist to heal from depression, anxiety, and trauma in community with others. Therapy groups meet weekly for 10 weeks.
